确认当前选择的就近中国签证申请服务中心，并核对办公时间与受理安排。

准备申请材料

根据签证类型准备护照、照片和相关证明材料。

在线填写申请表

按页面提示完整填写，并检查个人信息和申请内容。

现场递交材料

按所选中心的安排前往现场递交材料，并配合采集相关信息。

Business hours: Sunday-Thursday，Closed on Friday, Saturday and Public Holidays.

Chinese Visa Application Center will base on the Chinese Consulate-General requirement and make the necessary adjustment on the public holiday. Kindly take note of the adjustment on time to time basis.

Submission of applications: 9:00 to 12:00.

Collection: 13:00 to 16:00.

For security reasons the following items will not be permitted inside the Application Centre or stored in the premises.
i.All battery operated or electronic gadgets such as cameras, audio/video cassettes, compact discs, MP3's, floppies, laptops, or portable music players.
ii.All bags such as travel bags, back packs, briefcases, suitcases, leather, jute or cloth bags and zip folders. Only a plastic bag containing your application related papers would be permitted.
iii.Sealed envelopes or packages.
iv.Any inflammable item such as matchboxes/ lighters/ fuel etc.
v.Any sharp objects such as scissors, pen knives or nail filers.
vi.Weapon or weapon like objects or explosive material of any kind.
vii.All food and drink items are not allowed in the Application Centre due to security reasons.

The list provided above is not finite. Other items may be prohibited based on security staff discretion.

Due to security concerns, we do not permit interested parties such as friends, relatives or business contacts to accompany visa applicants.
For security reasons, applicants are required to switch on the Mobile phones and put them on silent mode before entering the VAC. Photography or videography is prohibited in the application centre. For safety reasons, please take off your hats and sun glasses and other items after entering the center, so that your face can be identified and recorded. In case of any special circumstances, please contact the center staff.
Please Note:

There is no facility at the Visa Application Centre to store prohibited items. Applicants are requested to make alternate arrangements to keep their items before entry into the centre.
