The process of two-way mailing
The process of two-way mailing is as following
1 Complete the online application process and obtain the "visa application certificate"
2 Mail your passport, SINGED application form, A PICTURE and other paper materials to the visa center
Please mail the “visa application certificate”, all paper materials (materials uploaded on the website) ,a picture meet all conditions of Chinese visa, the original and copy of your passport to the visa center by secure means. The mailing address is (Please write CITS) :

Please note
① If you choose two-way mailing, please ensure that you have sufficient waiting time.
② Make sure the last page of the visa application form is signed. Minors under the age of 18 should be signed by their guardians.
③ Please print the return address on a piece of paper
④ It is recommended to send by registered mail of Bpost or other mailing methods that can track
⑤ It is recommended to use waterproof envelopes.
⑥ The Brussels Visa Application Center is not responsible for any factors that affect the visa process due to the photo not meeting the requirements, or if the mail is lost or delayed during the mailing process.

3 The visa center confirms receipt and completeness of the materials and informs you of the visa fee and Printing Fees(if have) by email.
4 Bank transfer, send the transfer certificate to the visa center's email
5 Depending on the type of service applied for, after the visa is available, the visa center will mail the passport back to you via bpost registered mail
6 2-way mailing fee charged: visa and service fee + round-trip mailing service fee + return registered mail envelope postage fee.
