Online audit mode application process introduction

To further enhance the efficiency of visa application and optimize the service process, the Cairo Visa Application Center will cooperate with the Embassy of China in Egypt to launch an online review mode via the visa APP. Starting from April 17th, all applicants (excluding those applying for Hong Kong and Macao visas) must first fill out the application form and submit document materials online. Only after the online review is approved can they go to the visa center to submit their documents (diplomatic and official visa applicants can still submit their documents at the Consular Section of the Embassy of China in Egypt).

To ensure a smooth system upgrade, the visa center plans to upgrade the system at 18:00 on April 16th. After that, all forms filled out on the existing website will no longer be usable.

In addition, during the system upgrade period (from 18:00. on April 16th to 00:00 on April 17th), it is recommended to suspend filling out forms to avoid information loss.

Special reminder: 

1. To facilitate applicants, the center will adjust the document collection time to 15:00 - 17:00 from April 13th to 17th.
    2. The online review is expected to be completed within 2 to 4 working days. Before submitting your passport and application materials at the visa application center, please ensure that your application status is "Ready to submit passport" and that you have received the confirmation email in your registered email. Print the "Visa Application Certificate" and then go to the visa center to submit your application. Considering the recent holidays and the peak application season for the Canton Fair, please arrange your time in advance to submit your application.
    You must present the receipt issued when you submitted your application to collect your documents during working hours at the visa application service center.
    Application submission: 9:00 - 12:00
    Document collection: 13:00 - 16:00
    3. According to the holiday schedule, the center will be closed from April 20th to 21st, May 1st, and May 4th. The embassy will be closed from May 1st to 5th (the application processing time will be extended accordingly).
