Notice on implementing Visa -Free policy to Nine Countries

To Further Facilitate Cross-border travel and opening up, China has decided to apply unilateral Visa-free policy to more countries on a trial basis, which involves extending visa- free treatment to travelers holding ordinary passports from nine countries, namely  Slovakia, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein and South Korea from November 8, 2024, to December 31, 2025, citizens from the above mentioned countries holding ordinary passport can be exempted from visa to enter China and stay no more than 15 days for purpose of business, tourism, family visit and transit. Those who do not meet the purpose of visit and time limit for visa free policy are still required to apply for visas to China.
