Our center will be closed for three days on Thursday & Friday, December 25th & 26th 2025 for Christmas, and on Thursday January 1st 2026 for New Year. Application submission, collection and other services will be suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

1, All visa applications must be processed online through Our Center’s website. Only after the online review is approved can proceed to Our Center to submit their documents (working days 9:00 to 15:00).   Common visa category: Domestic Helper Visa (S2) Checklist

In order to ensure the service experience of applicants and maintain a good order, our center will take necessary flow control measures at the new location, including:
1) Checking the original passport of the applicant. Those without it will not be allowed to enter the hall;
2) Checking the employer's Hong Kong ID. Only one employer can accompany the domestic helper into the hall;
3) Checking the original pick-up form. Only one person can enter the hall to collect the passport.
