According to notification from The Chinese Consulate in Istanbul,starting from October, 2018,the Istanbul Visa Application Center will not provide express or urgent service except for the humanitarian reason.And The Chinese Consulate in Istanbul has canceled the authorized agencies,all the applicants are welcomed apply the visa by themself.
