Important Notice (No Fingerprints)

In order to provide greater convenience to visa applicants, from now until December 31, 2026, the Consulate General of China in Istanbul will exempt fingerprinting from all applicants applying for short-term visas with a stay not exceeding 180 days.

Fingerprints will continue to be taken from visa applicants who require a residence permit after entering China, such as D, J1, Q1, S1, X1 and Z visa types, in accordance with the legislation.
