Notice on Further Information Regarding Dedicated Counter Services for Travel Agencies and Visa Agencies
Dalam rangka meningkatkan tata kelola layanan pengurusan visa, meningkatkan efisiensi proses penerimaan permohonan visa dan kualitas layanan, memperkuat pengendalian risiko dalam proses pelayanan, sertamelindungi hak dan kepentingan sah para pemohon, sejak 8 Juni 2026, empat Chinese Visa Application Service Center di Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, dan Denpasar secara bertahap mulai menyediakan layanan loket khusus bagi agen perjalanan dan agen pengurusan visa. Per 3 Agustus 2026, seluruh pusat layanan tersebut telah sepenuhnya menerapkan mekanisme layanan loket khusus.
Berikut disampaikan informasi terkait:
I. Penerapan Mekanisme Layanan Loket Khusus Secara Seragam
Keempat Chinese Visa Application Service Center menerapkan standar layanan, prosedur pelayanan, dan tarif yang seragam dalam menyediakan layanan loket khusus bagi agen perjalanan dan agen pengurusan visa, guna lebih lanjut menertibkan proses pelayanan serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan kemudahan dalam pengurusan permohonan visa.
II. Pengaturan Layanan Sebelumnya Telah Disampaikan melalui Berbagai Saluran
Pengaturan mengenai layanan loket khusus sebelumnya telah disampaikan kepada agen perjalanan dan agen pengurusan visa melalui grup komunikasi operasional, papan pengumuman Pusat Layanan Pengajuan Visa, serta komunikasi dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari.
Untuk lebih meningkatkan keterbukaan informasi dan transparansi layanan, serta memudahkan agen perjalanan dan agen pengurusan visa dalam memperoleh dan memahami informasi terkait layanan tersebut, informasi mengenai pengaturan ini kini dipublikasikan secara resmi melalui situs web Chinese Visa Application Service Center sebagai informasi tambahan.
III. Tarif Layanan Loket Khusus
Tarif layanan loket khusus bagi agen perjalanan dan agen pengurusan visa adalah Rp108.000 per permohonan.
Biaya tersebut merupakan biaya layanan yang dikenakan oleh Chinese Visa Application Service Center atas penyediaan layanan loket khusus dan bukan merupakan biaya visa yang dipungut oleh Kedutaan Besar atau Konsulat Jenderal Tiongkok.
Apabila terdapat penyesuaian tarif karena perubahan nilai tukar ataufaktor lainnya, tarif yang berlaku akan mengacu pada tarif terbaru yang diumumkan melalui situs web resmi Chinese Visa Application Service Center.
IV. Ketentuan Lain
- Agen perjalanan dan agen pengurusan visa yang mengenakan biaya atas layanan pengurusan permohonan visa Tiongkok bagipihak lain untuk memperoleh keuntungan, wajib mengajukan permohonan melalui loket khusus.
- Pemohon perorangan yang mengajukan permohonan visa untuk keperluan pribadi mengikuti prosedur layanan reguler dan tidak dikenakan biaya layanan loket khusus bagi agen perjalanan dan agen pengurusan visa.
- Apabila terdapat pertanyaan mengenai prosedur, jenis layanan, atau tarif layanan loket khusus, silakan menghubungi Chinese Visa Application Service Center di wilayah masing-masing.

To further strengthen the administration of visa application agency services, improve the efficiency of visa application processing and the quality of services, enhance risk prevention and control, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of applicants, the four Chinese Visa Application Service Centers in Indonesia, located in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, and Denpasar, began rolling out dedicated counter services for travel agencies and visa agencies on a phased basis from June 8, 2026. As of August 3, 2026, all four centers had fully implemented the dedicated counter service mechanism.
The relevant arrangements are hereby announced as follows:
I. Unified Implementation of Dedicated Counter Services
The four Chinese Visa Application Service Centers provide dedicated counter services for travel agencies and visa agencies in accordance with unified service standards, processing procedures, and fee schedules, with the aim of further standardizing the handling of visa applications and improving processing efficiency and service convenience.
II. Previous Communication of the Service Arrangements
The arrangements for dedicated counter services had previously been communicated to travel agencies and visa agencies through operational communication groups, notices displayed on the notice boards at the Chinese Visa Application Service Centers, and day-to-day business communications.
To further enhance information transparency and facilitate access to and understanding of the relevant service information, the above arrangements are now being additionally published on the official website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.
III. Dedicated Counter Service Fee
The dedicated counter service fee for travel agencies and visa agencies is IDR 108,000 per application.
This fee is charged by the Chinese Visa Application Service Center for the provision of dedicated counter services and is not a visa fee collected by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General.
Should the service fee be adjusted due to exchange rate fluctuations or other factors, the applicable fee shall be subject to the latest fee schedule published on the official website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.
IV. Other Matters
- Travel agencies and visa agencies that provide visa application services to others for a fee and for profit shall submit such applications through the dedicated counter.
- Individual applicants applying for visas for their own personal needs shall follow the regular application procedures and shall not be subject to the dedicated counter service fee applicable to travel agencies and visa agencies.
- For inquiries regarding the procedures, scope of services, or fees for dedicated counter services, please contact the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in the relevant region.
