Starting from May 26, 2025, the Johannesburg Visa Center will launch a passport mailing service. After successfully applying for this service, applicants can directly go to the selected Postnet mailing point to collect their passports.
I. Application steps:
1. Submit the visa application at the counter and submit the mailing request
2. Provide mailing information and fill out the Waybill
3. Pay the fee
4. Wait for Postnet to call
5. Go to the Postnet mailing point to collect your passport
II. On the basis of the original charging standards, you need to pay additional courier servie fee and postage fee of R331 (including tax and insurance). Detail link Visa Fees
