Notice for Service Fee set in US dollars

Effective 1 November 2021, the service fee for Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Malaysia will be set in US dollars and the execution fee will be in Ringgit Malaysia. Quarterly service fee is charged in RM; at the same time, check the exchange rate of Bank Negara Malaysia on the last working day of each month. If the exchange rates exceeds 15%, the center will recalculate the service fee implementation standard and implement it in the next month.
Reminder: If you submit your application at the end of the month or the end of the quarter, the service fee you need to pay may change due to changes in the exchange rate. Please refer to the notification you receive upon collection. The final interpretation is subject to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.
The service fee standards of this quarter (from 1 January to 31 March ) kindly refer to schedule of fees in our website.
