Notice to Visa Applicants

Certain visa applicants may be required to take an interview. Participation in the interview is voluntary and will be conducted strictly in accordance with the system-generated queue order. By attending the interview, the applicant consents to comply with all related arrangements and regulations. Applicants may be requested to submit additional supporting documents. All submitted materials must be authentic, complete, and valid. The provision of false or unlawful documentation will result in legal consequences in accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations. Some documents may require verification with Pakistani government authorities. The duration of such verification is unpredictable and may affect both the processing time and the outcome of the visa application. The visa-issuing authority does not guarantee a specific issuance timeline, shall not be held liable for delays caused by document verification, makes no assurance regarding the final decision, and is not obligated to provide reasons for any refusal.

Notice on the Further Expansion of the Period and Scope of Exemption from Fingerprint Collection for Chinese Visa Applications

To further facilitate Chinese visa applications, from 18 December 2025 to 31 December 2026, fingerprint collection is exempted for all short-term visa applicants (staying for no longer than 180 days) at the Chinese visa centers.

Fingerprint collection will still be required, in accordance with relevant regulations, for applicants of D, J1, Q1, S1, X1 and Z visas, who are required to apply for residence permits after entering China.

REMINDER

For visa submission of China, the documents like, Police character certificate（If there is no QR code ); bank statement; kinship proofs and other documents MUST BE apostilled by MOFA of pakistan.

Reminder

For applicants applying for a tour group visa, the offline submission of your application documents should be at least six working days earlier than the entry time indicated on the invitation letter. Otherwise, it may delay your travel itinerary.

For tourist group visa applicants who are minors, if their parents are traveling together, they must provide a "Family Relationship Certificate" (Apostille by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs). If their parents are not traveling together, their parents must provide a "Travel Consent Form" and a "Family Relationship Certificate" (Apostille by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
