Submission: 9:00 to 15:00.
Collection:   9:00 to 16:00.

Please note: Generally speaking, we keep your passport for 
1) 4 working days for Standard Service (Regular/Normal Service).
2) 3 working days for Express Service. Applicants requesting express service (3 working days collection) will be charged an extra visa fee and service fee. Applications for express service must be accepted at the CVASC counter before 12:00 Monday to Friday.
