According to the requirements of Chinese Embassy and Consulate General, you must come to the Visa Centre in person to submit your applicaiton and your fingerprints must be collected .

The following visa applicants can be exempt from fingerprint collection and can apply for a visa through a travel agency:

1)Applicants under the age of 14 or over 70;

2)Applicants whose ten fingers are all missing or whose ten fingerprints cannot be captured or scanned;

3)In accordance with the principle of reciprocity,those who hold diplomatic passports or meet the requirements of China’s diplomatic,official,and/or courtesy visas.

4)Applicants holding the same passport with fingerprints collected in Medan Chinese Visa Application Service Center within five years.
