Notice on New Additional Services
Dear Visa Applicants,
To better meet your diverse application needs and continuously improve the service experience and quality at the Mexico City Chinese Visa Application Service Center, our Center has officially added a number of convenient extended services as of July 1, 2026. The full details of all value-added services are published below for your selection as needed:
1. SVIP Service | 3,000 MXN/person
Includes four full-process services: door-to-door document pickup by Center staff, assisted online application form completion, application progress tracking, and door-to-door document delivery. Available only in Mexico City. If door-to-door delivery is not required, the fee is 2,000 MXN/person.
2. Assisted Form-Filling Service | 810 MXN/person
If you are unable to fill out the visa application form yourself, you may provide your complete personal information to our staff, who will assist you in completing the form and submitting it online—saving you time and effort.
3. Saturday & Chinese Holiday Service | 1,500 MXN/person
If you need to submit an application or collect your passport on a Saturday or during a Chinese public holiday, you may make an appointment with the Center by phone or email at least 3 working days in advance. Our staff will handle your application individually.
4. Expedited Review Service | 500 MXN/person
If your travel schedule is tight, you may provide your itinerary or flight booking to the Center, and we will prioritize your application in the review process.
5. Extended-Hours Service | 500 MXN/person
Regular passport submission hours end at 15:00 and passport collection hours end at 16:00. If you are unable to arrive on time due to a scheduling conflict, you may contact the Center in advance to book a 1-hour extended service, allowing you to apply during off-peak hours without rushing.
6. Passport Loan / Safekeeping Service | 500 MXN/person
If you need to use your passport temporarily during the visa application process, you may apply for a temporary loan; the visa review process will continue without interruption.
If you have not yet reached the passport submission stage, you may also leave your passport with the Center in advance for safekeeping, and our staff will submit it collectively when the processing stage arrives.
7. Cross-City Service | 500 MXN/person
Applicants originally scheduled to process at the Tijuana Visa Center who, due to a change in travel plans, need to submit or collect their visa at the Mexico City Center may handle the cross-city service in advance: inform the Tijuana Center staff at the time of submission, or contact the Mexico City Center one week before collection. We will safely keep your passport and visa.
8. One-Way Mail Service | 1,497 MXN/person
For applicants who have already submitted their passports and are unable to collect them in person, once the visa is processed, the Center can mail the documents via DHL to an address you specify within Mexico—no second visit required.
9. Two-Way Mail Service | 1,902 MXN/person
After the application passes the online review, the applicant may mail the passport to the Center, and the Center will complete the passport submission. Once the visa is issued, the Center will mail the passport back to the address provided by the applicant—no in-person visit required.
Please note that this service is only available to applicants who stay in China for no more than 180 days. If you stay in China for more than 180 days, you are required to visit the Center in person for fingerprint collection.
10. VIP Queue Number Service | 500 MXN/person
Priority queue number, reducing your waiting time in the Center lobby for more efficient processing and a comfortable, smooth application experience.
11. Printing / Copying Service | 5 MXN/page
If you have forgotten to bring materials such as the Visa Application Receipt, you may go to the front desk or service counter to request printing or copying, and complete the paper materials on site.
Going forward, our Center will continue to collect suggestions from all applicants and constantly optimize and expand our range of convenient services to provide you with more thoughtful visa application support. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
Please note that applicants have the lawful right to obtain fee receipts. When receiving the above services and paying fees, please proactively request and properly keep lawful, formal fee receipts from the charging party. If any staff member refuses to provide a receipt, please file a complaint at: yanshenfuwu@visaforchina.org.
