Notice on Visa-free Policy for Canada and the UK

Starting from 00:00 Beijing time on February 17, 2026, holders of ordinary passports from Canada and the United Kingdom may enter China visa-free for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, exchanges, or transit for a period not exceeding 30 days. This visa-free policy will be in effect until 24:00 on December 31, 2026. Those who do not meet the visa-free requirements must still obtain a visa for China before entry.
