(Forward）Notice Regarding the Exemption of Fingerprint Collection for All Short-Term Visa Applicants

    To further facilitate visa applicants, from now until December 31, 2026, the Rome Chinese Visa Application Service Center will exempt all applicants for short-term visas with a stay of 180 days or less from fingerprint collection. 

    For applicants with visa types D, J1, Q1, S1, X1, and Z, which require a residence permit upon entry, fingerprint collection will still be conducted as required.
