According to the application procedure, you need to fill out the online form and upload the materials first. After submitting the application, wait for the online approval. The online review time will vary on a case-by-case basis. It usually takes 2-4 working days, or longer. The specific time cannot be guaranteed at present.

After online approval, you can come to the visa center to submit your application. From the day you submit your application to the visa center, you can collect your passport and visa on the 4th working day. The visa center also provides express service (collection on the 3rd working day) and urgent service (collection on the 2nd working day) . You can choose according to your needs and pay the relevant extra fees.

After the online approval, it is advisable that you submit the application to the visa center approximately one month prior to your intended date of entry into China, but not earlier than three months. If you apply for a visa too early, the visa might expire before your arrival to mainland China. For instance; if you plan to enter China on 1^st of July, the best time to submit your application would be around 1^st of June (counting working days only).
