Holiday Notice

    The Visa Application Center will be closed on 27 May (Wednesday) , 2026 for the public holiday (Hari Raya Haji).

   According to the notification of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, starting from September 2024, applicants are required to submit the visa application online through the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Singapore, and wait for the online review completion, then proceed to the Visa Center to submit your passport and other required documents. No appointment is required. For detailed application procedures, please refer to Step 1, Step 2&3. This must be read!!! 

Important Reminders:

1. You are strongly advised to submit your online visa application through the Visa Application Center website at least 30 days prior to your intended travel date.

2. Before submitting the application documents and passport at the Visa Center, please ensure that the your application status is “Online review completed”. 

3. Before the online review is completed, you can cancel your application on your own. Click here to see how to cancel. Starting from January 1, 2026, if your application has passed the online review but needs to be canceled, you or someone you authorize must come to the visa center complete the cancellation procedures and pay the corresponding service fee.
