Ⅰ.Visa Application procedure
1.Online application form please see this link

- Please finish registration and remeber your user information,or you may fail to check and manage your application form online.

- Applicants should complete the application form with correct and real information, and will take full legal responsibility for the authenticity. Any false or incomplete information provided by the applicant, or any use of somebody else’s photo, will be considered as visa fraud and will result in visa rejection or refusal of entry.

 2. Submit your documents

- Before submission, please make sure all of your documents are complete and follow order as below to make the process easier.

1. Printed photo
2. Passport (including previous passports within the last five years)
3. Application form
4. Passport Photo copies
5. Supporting documents

- Please ensure that your application form and passport(if there is a signature area)have been signed by you with a black gel pen before sunmitting.

- If you are between 14-70 years old and do not meet the fingerprint exemption range in this link, please come to our center by yourself.

3. Payment

We accept cash and debit card .List of Visa Fee please see this link.

4. Collection

- You will receive a Pick-up Form after making your payment. You may collect your passport from the scheduled date written on the Pick-up Form. Collection date may be postponed for special circumstances.

- You may collect your document on your own or entrust someone to help you. A power of attorney is not requested, as the original Pick-up Form is the only valid evidence to collect your passport.

- If your Pick-up Form is lost, please contact visa center.

 Ⅱ.Please be advised:

1.   Please keep a safe distance while waiting,and follow the on-site staff to get a queue number,please complete payment at submission day.

2.   In the case of Z、X1、Q1、S1、J1 visa, the passport validity may be different.

3.   It is not allowed to use your phone, tablet or other electronic devices in our office unless it is requested.

4.   You do not need to choose the VIP service when filling out the online form,only tell the center staff if you need.
