Notice on New Extended Services

Dear Visa Applicants,

To better meet your diverse application needs and continuously improve the service experience and quality at the Mexico City Chinese Visa Application Service Center, our Center has officially added a number of convenient extended services as of July 1, 2026. The full details of all value-added services are published below for your selection as needed:

1. Assisted Form-Filling Service | 755 MXN/person

If you are unable to fill out the visa application form yourself, you may provide your complete personal information to our staff, who will assist you in completing the form and submitting it online—saving you time and effort.

2. Collection Notice Service | 200 MXN/person

After the passport is return to the Tijuana Center, the Tijuana Center notifies the applicant to collect the passport.

3. Cross-City Service | 500 MXN/person

Applicants originally scheduled to process at the Mexico City Chinese Visa Center who, due to a change in travel plans, need to submit or collect their visa at the Tijuana Center may handle the cross-city service in advance: inform the Tijuana Center staff at the time of submission, or contact the Tijuana Center one week before collection. We will safely keep your passport and visa.

4. One-Way Mail Service | 1,412.49MXN/person

For applicants who have already submitted their passports and are unable to collect them in person, once the visa is processed, the Center can mail the documents via DHL to an address you specify within Mexico—no second visit required.

5. Printing / Copying Service | 5 MXN/page

If you have forgotten to bring materials such as the Visa Application Receipt, you may go to the front desk or service counter to request printing or copying, and complete the paper materials on site.

Going forward, our Center will continue to collect suggestions from all applicants and constantly optimize and expand our range of convenient services to provide you with more thoughtful visa application support. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.

Please note that applicants have the lawful right to obtain fee receipts. When receiving the above services and paying fees, please proactively request and properly keep lawful, formal fee receipts from the charging party. If any staff member refuses to provide a receipt, please file a complaint at: yanshenfuwu@visaforchina.org.
