From 20^th November，2023， the Chinese Embassy in Poland will cancel the online appointment for China visa application in order to further improve the efficiency of Chinese visa processing, and to facilitate the exchange of people between China and Poland. Applicants can submit their applications directly to the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Warsaw during office hours with the visa application form and relevant documents. The relevant requirements are set out below:
1. Fill in the application form in advance through the website of Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (https://www.visaforchina.cn/WAW2_EN/), download and print out the paper application form after completing it, and sign on the confirmation page.
2. Submit the above application form and relevant documents to the Visa Centre.
3. The visa processing time and fees remain unchanged.
To ensure a smooth transition of the work involved, the above practice will be implemented on an early trial basis from 13^th to 17^th November. During the trial period, applicants who have made appointments can continue to submit applications according to their appointment confirmation forms.
