Appointment is compulsory before submitting the application. Applicant is not allowed to enter the Visa Centre if no valid current date's appointment is booked.

All applicants are requested to complete visa application form online and to make an appointment online. Please visit our website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center www.visaforchina.cn or https://cova.mfa.gov.cn to fill out the E-form and make appointment online.Please check all the information on the form to ensure that everything is correct. Any mistakes or incomplete application materials will result in the failure to submit the application successfully on the day, a reschedule appointment to submit again is needed.Kindly remind that it is application peak business season now. Please  make an appointment online before your departure date. Meanwhile you may need to wait for a longer time. Please leave enough time at the Visa Centre due to the peak season .

If you need to apply the visa on a humanitarian purpose, which is only limited to attending a direct family member’s funeral or visiting a direct family member who is in a critical condition at the hospital, you can come to the Visa Centre directly to apply from 9:00 to 13:00. A certificate of death, or hospital statement ,a proof of relationship and/or an invitation letter are required.
