Online verification duration approximately takes 3-5 working days after submission of the application form online (If the application form contains errors or the uploaded materials are incomplete, requiring rejection for revision, the online verification duration will be extended.). For detailed instructions of the online application process, please click “here.”

After the applicant confirms that the online application has been approved upon review, the applicant should submit the passport at the CVASC:

1、Regular service 4 working days;

2、Express service 3 working days;

3、Urgent service 2 working days.

If the visa officer requires additional materials,an interview, or extends the review time for other reasons, your document collection date will be postponed.

Reminder:

1) If the applicant is required to have the fingerprints collected, the applicant must submit the application in person at the CVASC.

2) If you require the return by mail service, please bring the pre-paid return envelope（CANADA POST EXPRESS） when come to the CVASC.
