Visa for Macao SAR of China
I. Canadian citizens may enter the Macao Special Administrative Region without a visa.

III. Citizens of Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam (except those holding diplomatic passports, who are exempt from visa requirements) must obtain a visa in advance. IV. Nationals of countries other than the six listed above who are not eligible for visa-free entry may, in principle, obtain an entry permit (port visa) upon arrival in Macao.
V. Procedures for Applying for a Macao Visa in Calgary
i. Where to Apply
Email your application to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Calgary. Calgarycenter@visaforchina.org. We will email you, when you can submit your document to our center.
ii. Required Documents
1. Passport: Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and blank visa pages, plus a photocopy of the bio-data page.

3. One recent color passport-sized photo (2-inch, front view, without headwear).

VI. Processing Time and Fees
i. Visas processed by this Consulate:
Regular: 4 working days, CAD 40.
Express: 3 working days, additional CAD 35 expedited fee per application.
Urgent: 2 working days, additional CAD 50 rush fee per application.
ii. Applications requiring approval from the Macao Public Security Police Force:
In addition to the visa fee, a CAD 25 liaison fee per application is required upon submission.
iii. Visa Center Service Fee
Please note that the Visa Center charges a service fee. For specific rates, refer to the Visa Center's website.
iv. Payment Method
Payment is made when submitting documents at the Visa Center. Only DEBIT cards are accepted (credit cards are not accepted).
