New visa application requirements
We hereby kindly inform the customers that visa application requirements are adjusted as requested by Embassy of The People’s Republic of China in the Democratic People’s Republic of Algeria. The current visa application requirements are as below:
1. Z-visa: Applicants who are going to work in China can apply for Z-visa with the “Notification letter of foreigner’s work permit in the People’s Republic of China” and other relevant documents, “Invitation Letter(TE)” is exempted.
2. S-visa: Spouse, parent, child under the age of 18, and parent-in-law of foreigner(s) who are going to work in China or those who have been working in China can apply for S-visa with an invitation letter from the foreigner(s) who are going to work in China or those who have been working in China, and a certification showing the relationship of family members between the applicants and the inviting parties, and other relevant documents.
3. Q-visa: Family members(spouse, parent, parent-in-law, child, child-in-law, sibling, grandparent, grandchild) of Chinese citizens or foreigners with permanent residence status in China can apply for Q-visa with an invitation letter from the Chinese citizen or foreigner with permanent residence status in China, and a copy of the Chinese ID card or a copy of the foreigner's passport and permanent residence permit, and a certification showing the relationship of family members between the applicants and the inviting party, and other relevant documents.
4. F-visa:If it’s your first time to visit China, please provide: An Invitation Letter(TE), or Verification Letter of Invitation, or an invitation letter for foreign experts issued by a relevant unit in China. If it’s not your first time to visit China, please provide:1)The former Chinese visa and stamp of entry;2) An invitation letter issued by a relevant unit or individual in China;3) Details of the planned visit (incl. arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, accommodation arrangements, etc.);4) Bank Statement(if requested by the consular officer).
5. M-visa:If it’s your first time to visit China, please provide:An Invitation Letter(TE), or Verification Letter of Invitation, issued by a relevant unit in China. If it’s not your first time to visit China, please provide:1)The former Chinese visa and stamp of entry;2) An invitation letter from a trade partner or trade fair in China (in Chinese, English or French);3) Business License of the inviter or trade partner in China. The license should be signed by the person in charge and be stamped by company seal;4) Details of the planned visit (incl. arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, accommodation arrangements, etc.);5) Bank statement(if requested by the consular officer).
