1. How to make my payment?
You should make payment at the time of submitting application.
Fees to be paid include:
(1) Visa fee collected on behalf of the Chinese Embassy / Consulate-General
(2) Postal service fee charged by the Visa Center
(3) Courier fee collected on behalf of Post Company.
Please note the visa fee and the service fee will vary across different categories, so it is suggested you click here to check your estimated visa fee and service fee.
Only cash is acceptable for payment of postal application. Kindly remind you that please reserve your valid bank information at the time of submission. If your visa application is not approved, we will refund the visa fee through the bank account information which you reserved.
2. How to get my passport back?
For the safety of your package, you have to complete a courier return form (reserve a return address, valid bank account, valid contact number, etc.) at the time of submission, so that our visa center will choose reliable post company to post the passport and receipt back to your address.
3. How to track the returning package with my passport?
Once the visa center sends your passport to post, the postal service provider will inform you in due time.
In case your returning package is delayed or is lost, the Visa Centre will provide assistance to help you to track it with the postal service provider. However, the Visa Centre is not liable for any delay, loss or damage of your passport and/or your documents during transit.
4. What should I do when I receive my passport?
As soon as you receive the passport, please carefully check the particulars on your visa, such as your name, birth date, passport number, validity, number of entries, and duration of stay. Please contact our Visa Centre immediately if there is any problem.
