Online audit mode application process introduction

To further enhance the efficiency of visa application and optimize the service process, the Cairo Visa Application Center will cooperate with the Embassy of China in Egypt to launch an online review mode via the visa APP. Starting from April 17th, all applicants (excluding those applying for Hong Kong and Macao visas) must first fill out the application form and submit document materials online. Only after the online review is approved can they go to the visa center to submit their documents (diplomatic and official visa applicants can still submit their documents at the Consular Section of the Embassy of China in Egypt).

Special reminder:

1. It is recommended to submit the application online 30 days before the intended travel.

2. After approval, the applicant must submit the application at the center within 14 days, Before submitting your passport and application materials at the visa application center, please ensure that your application status is "Ready to submit passport" and that you have received the confirmation email in your registered email. Print the "Visa Application Certificate" and then go to the visa center to submit your application.     

3. Dual nationality applicants need to upload the other passport.

4. Please read the visa application requirements carefully and pay attention to the reminders when uploading documents.

5.When an application is rejected, the applicant should promptly make necessary modifications. If the applicant repeatedly fails to comply, the application may be subject to termination.

            You need present the pickup form issued when you submitted your application to collect your documents during working hours at the visa application service center.
               Application submission: 9:00 - 12:00
               Document collection: 13:00 - 16:00
