Before submitting your passport and application documents to the Visa Application Center / Embassy, please confirm that your application status is “online review completed” and you have received the confirmation email. Please print the "Visa Application Certificate", the last page of "Visa Application Form" and sign on it. Please do not mail your application documents to the visa center.
