Can I apply for legalization at the Chinese Embassy?

According to the arrangement of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam, since 1st March,2023, applicants residing in the consular region of the Chinese Embassy and DaNang consular in Vietnam are required to submit their applications for legalization at the China Visa Application Service Center in Hanoi.
