Notice Regarding the Issuance of Biometric Visas

Pemberitahuan Kedutaan Besar Republik Rakyat Tiongkok untuk Republik Indonesia
Mengenai Penggunaan Visa Biometrik

Berdasarkan peraturan Undang-Undang Tiongkok dan praktik internasional yang terkait, mulai 3 Februari 2021 Pusat Pelayanan Aplikasi Visa Tiongkok di Denpasar akan menerapkan perekaman keseluruhan sepuluh sidik jari pemohon visa termasuk Warga Negara Indonesia, serta pada saat yang bersamaan mengeluarkan visa biometrik. Pemohon visa dengan kondisi berikut dapat dibebaskan dari perekaman sidik jari:

1. 1. Pemohon yang belum genap 14 tahun atau lebih dari 70 tahun;

2. 2. Pemohon yang sepuluh jarinya tidak lengkap atau sepuluh sidik jarinya tidak dapat direkam;

3. 3. Sesuai dengan prinsip timbal balik, pemegang paspor diplomatik atau yang memenuhi persyaratan untuk penerbitan visa diplomatik, visa servis, dan visa kehormatan Tiongkok.

Semua pemohon visa diminta untuk mengisi dengan lengkap dan jujur secara daring (online) sesuai peraturan yang berlaku saat ini (situs web Pusat Pelayanan Permohonan Visa Tiongkok: https://bio.visaforchina.cn/DPS3_EN/) serta membuat janji temu untuk tanggal dan waktu penyerahan dokumen pengajuan visa.

Semua pemohon visa harus secara pribadi hadir untuk melakukan perekaman sidik jari. Setiap perekaman sidik jari yang tidak jujur，tidak sesuai atau tidak merekam sidik jari milik diri sendiri termasuk bentuk penipuan。Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan pengajuan visa ditolak atau ditolak masuk ke Tiongkok。 Segala konsekuensi yang ditimbulkan akan ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh yang bersangkutan.

Notice Regarding the Issuance of Biometric Visas

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and international practices, the Chinese Visa Application Service Center Denpasar will collect all ten fingerprints from visa applicants including Indonesian citizens starting from February 3, 2021, and simultaneously issue biometric visas. The following visa applicants below can be exempted from fingerprint collection:

1. Persons under the age of 14 or over 70;

2. Persons with incomplete fingers or whose ten fingerprints cannot be recorded;

3. In accordance with the principle of reciprocity, those who hold diplomatic passports or meet the requirements of China's diplomatic, official, and courteous visas.

All visa applicants are requested to complete and truthfully fill in the Chinese Visa Application Form online in accordance with current regulations (Chinese Visa Application Service Center website link: https://bio.visaforchina.cn/DPS3_EN/) and book an appointment for submitting visa materials.

Please be informed that all applicants should be present to have their fingerprints collected. Any false or incomplete record of fingerprints, or retention of fingerprints that do not belong to themselves, is equivalent to obtaining a visa by fraud, which will result in the rejection of the visa application or the refusal to enter China. All consequences arising there from shall be borne by the concerned party.
