Notice on the Establishment of Return Postal Service

Starting from February 6th, 2025, Chinese Visa Application Service Center Jakarta will provide return postal service, that is, after the applicant submits the application to the Visa Center, the applicants are no longer needed to go to the visa center to collect their passports, Visa Center will send the passport back by courier.
Applicants who choose the regular processing option can choose the return postal service. Please click the fee table to view the specific fees.
Visa Center will send the passport on the collection date of the regular processing option. Applicants who need it should arrange the time to submit the visa application reasonably according to their travel plans.

Pemberitahuan Tentang Pengadaan Layanan Pengembalian Melalui Pos
Mulai tanggal 6 Februari 2025, Chinese Visa Application Service Center Jakarta akan menyediakan layanan pengembalian melalui pos, yaitu setelah pemohon mengajukan aplikasi ke Visa Center, pemohon tidak perlu lagi mengambil paspor di Visa Center. Visa Center akan mengirimkan kembali paspor pemohon melalui kurir.
Pemohon yang memilih opsi pemrosesan normal dapat memilih layanan pengembalian melalui pos. Silakan klik tabel biaya untuk melihat spesifik biaya.
Visa Center akan mengirimkan paspor pada tanggal pengambilan opsi pemrosesan normal. Pemohon yang membutuhkannya harus mengatur waktu untuk mengajukan aplikasi visa secara wajar sesuai dengan rencana perjalanan mereka.
Jika Anda membutuhkan layanan ini, mohon memberitahu staf Visa Center saat mengajukan aplikasi visa.
