Notice about online Chinese visa application

Chinese Visa Application Service Center has enabled online review. All applicants are required to fill in the application form and submit materials online. Only after the online review is passed and the review approval email is received, can they go to the visa center to submit materials ( original passport, "Visa Application Certificate", photo,etc. ).Applicants for diplomatic, official purpose are still requested to submit at the Consular Section of the Chinese Embassy in the UK.

1. Common technical issues and precautions for filling out forms and uploading materials.

2. Applicants are advised to submit an online visa application on the visa center website at least 30 days before travel.

3. After the online review is passed, you should go to the visa center to submit required documents within 3 weeks. Before submitting your passport and application materials to the center, please confirm that your application status is "Review Completed", check the confirmation email you have received through your registered email, print the "Visa Application Certificate", and bring your original passport to the visa center.

You must collect your passport at the Visa Application Centre during working hours with the Pickup Sheet issued when you submitted your documents.

Regular、Express: 09:00-15:00

      Urgent : 09:00-13:00

Collection: 

      Regular: 09:00-16:00

      Express: 12:00-16:00

      Urgent : 12:00-16:00

The above time is for working days, excluding weekends and

holiday.
