What if my photo didn't pass the quality check?

If the online form still indicates that the photo you upload is not qualified, and you have already uploaded 3 times and yet not successful, the system will remind you to bring a qualified paper photo (check here for photo requirements). You can continue with your online form.

When you attend the visa centre, please bring a recently-taken paper photo of the applicant with a white or close to white background and comforming to the photograph requirements. So the visa centre can help you upload the photo.

Note: Please ensure that you have uploaded the correct photograph of the applicant detailed in the application form. The visa centre will reject any application where the uploaded image is of another person. A new application form with an appropriate photo will be requested if the application form contains another person's photo.
