Notice on the Adjustment of Public Service Hours of the Visa Application Center

Dear Applicants,

To further optimize service procedures and enhance service efficiency, our center will adjust its public service hours effective May 5, 2026(Tuesday).

The detailed arrangements are as follows:

Regular Service Hours: 09:00 – 12:00 on weekdays (excluding public holidays; no appointment required)

This adjustment applies to all on-site services, including passport submission and document collection. Routine services will no longer be available during the afternoon.

To better accommodate applicants’ needs, the center will offer paid extended service hours from 08:30 to 09:00 and 12:00 to 16:00 on weekdays (excluding public holidays) . Applicants who wish to use this service are requested to contact the center in advance to make an appointment.

Please plan your visit accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
