领事认证的基本程序
如果您需要将在英国产生的文件送往中国使用，您可以本人或委托他人办理有关文件的认证。您需要准备以下材料:
1、填妥《领事认证申请表》(必须为机打申请表，不接受手填申请表)；
2、提供英外交部或其授权机构出具的认证文件原件及认证页复印件；
3、两页及两页以上的公证文件原件须经公证机构用丝带捆绑并

领事认证注意事项
一、付款方式：
伦敦签证申请中心采用先收费模式，申请人在签证中心递交申请后须当场全额签证费和服务费。如果签证申请未被使领馆批准，或被拒签，或被更改，缴纳的签证费和服务费将不退还。
（一）签证申请中心仅接受现金或借记卡付款。
（二）如申请人要求申请中心以邮寄方式将护照寄回，须先在中心支付全额签证费
