From December 31, 2024 applicants from Adelaide must submit their visa applications at the Melbourne Visa Application Service Center.

Applicants who have successfully submitted their applications before December 31, 2024 can still collect the passports at Adelaide center and check the visa status on Adelaide center website under your personal account.

1. Applicants who meet the following fingerprint exemption policies can post to the Melbourne Center for processing.

(2)"Notice on Exempting Fingerprints Collection for Certain Types of Visa Application" on August 30, 2024

Please visit the Melbourne Center website to check the visa application procedures and material requirements.

l  Applicants who have not yet filled in the application form, please go to the Melbourne Center website to fill in the online application form;

l  Applicants who have completed the application form on the Adelaide website (the number in the upper right corner of the form starts with ADL) can be used until January 31, 2025.

2. Applicants who do NOT meet the fingerprint exemption policies need to submit the applications in Melbourne Center in person.

Please visit Melbourne Center website to fill in the online application form and bring all the required materials to the Melbourne Center in person. Melbourne center’s address can be found on Contact Us.

Only application form number starting with "MEL" (upper right corner of the form) can be used in Melbourne center if you lodge the application in center.

**Please check the upper right corner of the website to confirm the center location ,  by clicking [Other Centers] can change the location to Melbourne;

**Please check the visa progress on the relevant center website where you filled in the application form (for example, the form filled in on the Melbourne Center’s website can only be checked on the Melbourne website);

**Please check the pop-up notification on the Melbourne Center website for further information.
