To effectively safeguard the lawful rights and interests of applicants, the following matters regarding fee receipts are hereby announced:

1、Applicants are legally entitled to obtain official fee receipts. When receiving services and making payments, applicants are advised to proactively request and properly retain valid and official fee receipts.

2、Fee receipts serve as important evidence for the protection of applicants’ lawful rights and interests. Applicants are strongly encouraged to attach due importance to the retention of such receipts for future reference.

3、In the event that no official fee receipt is obtained or retained, any subsequent disputes arising from the relevant services may place the applicant at a disadvantage in asserting their rights, including potential difficulties in providing evidence.
