Notice on Upgrading Visa Application Online Processing System

To further enhance the efficiency of visa applications and optimize service processes, Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Tokyo *(hereinafter referred to as "our center")* will implement an online processing system through our center’s website, in order to coordinate with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Japan to launch the China Online Visa Processing System. Notice on Some New Extended Services

In order to meet different needs of applicants, optimize service items and improve our service, Chinese Visa Application Service Centerin Tokyowill add some new extended services from April 18, 2025. The details are as follows.

Important Notice

Starting from April 10, 2025, the consultation telephone number of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Tokyo will be restored to the original number 03-3599-5515 (working days 9:00-15:00). The temporary number 03-6432-0500 will be no longer in use. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
